VP, General Manager - Sailboat Manufacturer
Hake Yachts, LLC is seeking an experienced Vice President General Manager to lead a 35 year old manufacturer of sailboats specializing in its patented vertically adjustable keel technology. Hake Yachts builds and sells a full line of high quality built fiberglass sailboats, factory direct to consumers, out of its plant and headquarters on the East Coast of Florida.
A successful candidate:
- Will be able to demonstrate success in building and managing an organization through its growth phases
- Will be responsible for all operations, sales, strategic planning for the company.
Requirements include:
- Sailing experience
- Marine industry experience, or in a similar field such as recreational vehicles, or automotive
- BS in Business, Industrial Management, or Engineering
- 5 years direct management experience in manufacturing.
